英中人才交流协会始终坚持全心全意为在英、在欧的留学人员与学者服务的原则，搭建学生学者与用人单位之间的交流平台。作为在英在欧的社会团体，英中人才交流协会与英国与欧洲其他地方华人社团建立并保持了长期友好的合作基础，如全英青年百人会、全英学联、安徽大学英国校友分会等。同时与多家中国单位驻海外机构及其在英在欧办事处，如浙江清华长三角研究院伦敦孵化器、浙江大学杭州国际科创中心英国代表处等有着高层次的交流与合作。

The China-UK Human Resources Association is committed to wholeheartedly serving Chinese students and scholars in the UK and Europe by providing a platform for communication between students, scholars, and employers.
